This is a long and detailed form, and we need you to please be thorough. If you have your own developers and programmers, then leave out the FTP and server access, or anything else that you’re not comfortable sharing. If you use WordPress, we DO need that login information please.

Everbearing Services direct line is 503-875-8364. Please use that number, and we are typically available to you 7 days a week if the situation is urgent. Otherwise, if the situation is NOT urgent, then we are available Monday-Friday 9-4.

Our Primary email address is [email protected] and while we do try to answer all mail quickly, we also try to stay out of mail during evenings and weekends. If its ever urgent, just use the phone. Your emergency is our emergency.

Usernames and Passwords
Not everything below will be needed unless we'll be working on (or moving) your website. If that's the case, then please be as thorough as possible, and verify that the logins work before providing them here. For added security, you may be able to create new admin users for your web hosting control panel, Content Management Systems and FTP access. If you know how, then that's likely your best course of action. If, on the other hand, you would like us to do all of this for you, please provide your existing login credentials here, and we'll add ourselves. Once we've completed the additions, you should then change your passwords for your own safety.

This is here for your convenience, but we actually discourage you from sharing this information. Instead, grant access to us using [email protected] at Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and make us a manager of Google My Business. If you have a Google Adwords account, We will request access to your Google Adwords separately. However, if you really don't have the time for it, then feel free to just provide your Google account email address and password here, then you'll likely get a text message from Google when we try to log in. The "correct" process would be to share your page with our Facebook account (https://facebook.com/rom.mccabe) and grant us admin privileges for both your Facebook Business Page and your Facebook Advertising Account and we can walk you through this remotely. However, we DO want you to be able to make this process simple, and for some people that means sharing their personal Facebook login here.

Once we know your URL, then we will LIKE your page, and we will request admin access from you for reporting purposes.
